Jack is a Group Director in Technology Center 2400 at the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), Computer Networks, Multiplexing, Cable and Security. He joined the USPTO in 1984 as a patent examiner after graduating with a BS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University. Prior to his current position, Jack entered into management in 1992 as a Supervisory Patent Examiner and later as a Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) in the computer technologies. Jack resides in Virginia with his wife and three children.
